NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

To All Members of Wakeboard Association (Singapore).

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Wednesday, 14 April 2010 at 8.00pm to conduct the following business:

1. To receive the Management Committee's Annual Report for 2009/2010.
2. To receive the Honorary Treasurer's Report for 2009/2010.
3. To pass the Financial Statements for the last IRA audit year ending 28 February 2010.
4. To elect members of the Management Committee for 2010/2011*.
5. To transact any other business.

Please send an e-mail to info@wba.sg to inform us if you would like to present at this AGM so we can prepare sufficient seats and handouts. The location of the AGM will also be advised.
